It's very easy to kill mudokuns, just make them deppressed enough to commit suicide or just slap them to death.

but some you cant slap like what LIJI said, unless you use DDcheat (i think thats what its called)

There are some that are quite difficult to kill though, as they were designed to be saved, not killed. (And you don't have any direct "access" to them, so you can't slap-kill them)
