It isn't down. You can easily navigate to the old website from that page. I doubt that the website will be updated any time soon - they're very busy with actually making (or more likely, planning) what the site would be promoting, so if they're getting their priorities right, we won't see an update for a long time. Xavier and a few other members get a lot of information, search for posts from them to find out what's going on.
