I have a few little discoveries I thought I'd share, some of which you might already know;
You can kill Paramites by luring bees to them. (I always knew they flinched but never knew you could kill them from it!). In one of the secret areas, there is a piece of meat which takes the Paramites twice as long to eat (possibly in order to make the puzzle easier).
In one of the secret areas in the fire-free zone, there are two Sligs. The Slig on the lower level seems to be hard of hearing because whenever the Slig on the top whacks a mudokon or makes a noise, the Slig on the bottom goes "What?!". It's even possible for them to say "What?" to each other a few times. Thankfully it's not a loop so eventually they will stop and carry on regardless. Sometimes the Slig on the bottom will even step off the edge (I think it works best if you are hanging on the edge on the left, and the Slig on the top says something). Very amusing to watch!
In general, Sligs in AO seem a lot more trigger-happy than the ones in AE. In AE you can usually run past or away from any enemy Slig, wheras in AO... you have a lot less time to run around before they try and shoot you.
In the last section of the Scrabania Entrance, it's possible to get past the Slogs without blowing up the mines, you just have to jump over them twice, and then jump over the last one before hopping into the portal!
Also, what's up with these crazy bats that can kill you in one hit? I wonder why those timed-mines never made it into AE?
Elum is invincible to Slig bullets, Slig's whack ability, dropping cargo on his head, bee stings (he doesn't die from them). Ways to kill Elum: Get shot while on Elum, make Elum walk off a cliff, make Elum walk into a flying/UXB mine. Speaking of mines, it's possible to make one blow up by jumping just at the right time, which blows up the mine but not Abe
Anyone else made any discoveries?
