I believe it is way to lenient. a real crackdown of must serve minimum sentences, 85 % serving of all sentencing, and dropping the quality of life in a jail cell to the basic necessities and not weight rooms and Cable tv but what the honest poor faces each day would reduce crimeand virtually shutdown gangs. Like they say"You shouldn't do the crime if you can't do the time''
