Yeah we've got this owl who's taken up residence in the rafters since you've been gone. He just flew in one day when the back door got left open from Hobo giving MS1029 and his many multis the boot and has been here ever since.... so we're working on it.
Ehh.....
try and watch out for droppings though, that's the best advice I can give.
