The bastard should rot forever. The worst thing is I worry he'll be in one of these comfy modern prisons, rather than the festering miserable cells they should be for people like him. I advocate the death penalty, but sometimes that can be too good for someone. While it is rather deplorable that Austrian taxes will be paid to keep this scumbag alive, with luck it will be a living hell for him.
15 years however is nothing when you consider what he has done. I don't have any references to back this up, but I understand that there's been people sentenced to 300 year sentences in America for comparatively far milder crimes, such as repeated petty theft.
