Thanks for the birthday wishes, all!
It has been a wonderful birthday so far, in that I've bummed around and done absolutely nothing. I'm just about to go out for dinner 'n' pool 'n' cake with mates and this weekend we're going on a road trip up to Sydney (which is where I'm going to see Alcar).
No presents so far, but I have received a few cards that made me feel warm and fuzzy. FYI, I'm including some of the posts in this thread in that category.
