What I say, do or think about this situation does nothing to improve it, or indeed affect it in any way at all. I can only hope that the best is done for all three of them, but this is not exactly my expertise so I was mum as to what those arrangements might be. I try to limit mouthing off uninformed opinions, I do it too often as it is.
I'm not indifferent, but any further discussion about how terrible or unideal under-age pregnancy and the parenting/social environment that can lead to it is is a bit late as far as they are concerned, and thus a moot point in the conversation until the topic moves on in that direction.
