So they have withered and useless genitals presumably for the purpose of excretion? Which begs the question male or female genitalia? I would assume male as they are drones, much like ants as you say. Or would they merely have a urethra somewhere in the groin area? Obviously the answer would be based on your examples but I know next to nothnig about ant and termite drones so...
