i have now read all of this topic. forgive me now, because i am replying to over 100 posts.

i have learned a lot here. partly about the sick nature of the human brain, but i have mostly learned that pinky and oddbodd are not very nice people.

oddbodd: what have you got against hippies?

pinky: i have a big book all about the big bang. shall i photocopy it and send you a copy? it explains everything. in fact, i already explained it all to you somewhere, let me go and dig it out...

well, maybe it was on the old forums, but what you're saying now proves that you either didn't read it or weren't prepared to listen to it.

pinky, i respect your beliefs, even though i disagree with them. the least you can do is to respect other people's. i know what i believe, but i am prepared to listen to other people's viewpoints, even if they prove me wrong. it seems to me that you are unprepared to be wrong, as daniel says, and this will make your life very difficult in the future. you ask us to prove things, but you are not prepared to listen to what we say.

you have to learn that everyone is entitled to their beliefs, and it is not your place to tell them otherwise.

on a more personal note, you are not presenting a very good picture of your religion here, pink. christianity has spent a long time ridding itself of the stereotype of the zealot, who is unprepared to listen, and seeks only to convert others. you are singlehandedly setting back christianity's image hundreds of years.

sorry about that, but i have decided that it is my mission to persuade pinky to at least accept that other people have beliefs as well.
