I figured it'd be considered natural but I listed it just to be sure. Mainly as I was referring to the idea of reform in such people, not just the fact that they're scumbags.

@Munch's Master, I was skating christmas day and my friends wanted to pick up some weed. ( I dont do the stuff before opinions are branded) and the only place selling was a crackden in Addlestone. I was told to go up assisted by chavs asking me if i wanted to buy a sawn off shotgun and handguns which they were gettin off travellers. When I got in the crackden, not knowing it was before hand, there was heroine being cut and measured on the coffee table and two fourteen year olds fucked out fo their faces trying to feel my mates nuts... totally fucked up way of living. That almost certainly seered a massive prejudice against people like that. Now im just gonna label people wearing that type of clothing as low moralled wasters

Wow, that is totally screwed up. As I said I'm wary of chav types myslef despite knowing some good people who dress as such. But 14 year old crackheads and teens dealing arms is terrible beyond belief. it's like a guy I knew like, 10 or 11 years ago, who I last saw about 5 years ago. I've heard from people who know him that he's now basically an alcoholic druggie, and he's like, 15. I was never friends with him but I knew him for a long time so it's still suprising and saddening.
