It'd be good if the authors of threads could have the option to lock them themselves. Cuts out moderating efforts (even though tis their jobs) and can stop people spamming their topics if they choose they want that. Also adds suspense to 'art' threads.
Good all round.
This feature is abled on another forum I visit and works really well.
