Here's a rule that everyone can follow: If someone has different beliefs than you, and acts like a dick, punch them in theirs. If they are completely reasonable and open like EVERYONE should be (but, you know, actually isn't) then you should be just as reasonable and open. Of course you can start a discussion about their beliefs without being hostile, but in that same vein, don't get all worked up if someone thinks that Wicca is retarded.
