My impression from his post was that he was well aware that his description does not apply to all women, but that his experiences have caused him to think the worse of any new women he were to meet.
Yes, but to get to that level so much he even has a bad joke about it shows that he is stereotyping. I was reading straight from his first post, which is:
:
"I just can't stand women. They don't know what double standards are. Use circular logic that makes no sense in arguments. Have no respect for themselves. Use sex to get attention/feel better about themselves. Not to mention how almost all girls hate each other, even their good friends. They play games hiding behind expected social behavior. Get way too emotional over everything. Complain about everything and nag way too much. Don't get me started on women who use their period/PMSing as an excuse for their actions."
There's no part in here about exceptions except for his sister, which is understandable cuz she's family and butch, and some other friends. He still permeates the Stereotype with every new one he meets.

If we were girls, we could get popular by doing anything:
rock band, jazz band,
karate, kendo, mahjong, cyborg, synchronized swimming...
On the other hand, high school boys are
useless outside battle and sports anime.
But they're recklessly trying to make a slice-of-life anime about us.
Ah, we are high school boys,
the miserable high school boys.
