There are two places that I prefer over the rest to build a webpage: Geocities and Angelfire. Out of those two, I prefer Geocities only for the fact that Angelfire never liked me and would deicide not to work at times, the ads would interfere with my frames layout, yadda yadda yadda, so-on and so-forth. Needless to say, whichever one you choose is fine with me. I'll help you learn HTML and such once you get a page, if you want me to.
