That’s the only thing I could think of, but I didn’t remember street lady being naked at the time. Tara was also the only character I could think of who had driven her mother, but she wasn’t doing so in that scene.
Also I had no idea that character was played by the same actor as Ensign Ro. Wikipedia says she’s been in a whole load of crap I couldn’t care less about watching.
