Okay, I've done some research and this is how it appears to work:
- 1 point for every year since the member signed up to OWF
- 1 point for every 1000 posts
- 1 point for every 100 reputation points (personally I think this should be increased somewhat)
Members must have 50 posts and 10 rep before they can give rep.
Members can give 10 reps a day
Also, I've now changed it so that you only need to rep 3 other people until you can repeat a person.
EDIT: Changed as of 24/01/2009 to 5 other people.
