At that age, curves develop, breast start growing. That isn't pedo. Pedophilia is getting off to kids just being kids. Watching them play in the park, laugh, cry. That is pedophilia.

I understand your point but I still think its paedophilia at its core. It may not seem to be in the same sense but they're 12 for God's sakes. If you were saying it about a 14 or 15 yr old I maybe could understand your point as by then they have considerably phsyically developed but at 12, they are still little more than a kid physically. But I don't really take an interest in studying paedophilia so its not like Im particularly informed on the subject anyway.
