All the three (3) guys I've dated (using the term loosely) have been cut. But then, two were American and one was Jewish so that's not all that surprising.
I used to work with a guy who turned around one day and said "When I was thirteen, my parents took me to be circumcised".
To this day, I don't know what prompted him to reveal that information. The only other titbit I got from him was that it really, really hurt.
