Technically, making ANY game using any oddworld characters, names, places, or words is IP infringement and is illegal, regardless of what you will be doing with the final outcome.

Well, as you know, Oddworld won't claim copyrights on this. This is gonna be a fangame, and that's ok.
By the way, it's coming great. I want to see how this grows up =)
