I also don't instance much
I did Nexus on the launch day for the lulz and Halls of Lightning at level 78 because my second in command (Who narrowly missed being the first 80 Pala on the server) needed it.
I actually think slow levelling is better, it gives you more time to enjoy the scenery and storyline ^^.
