That still confuses me how Dripik being a military officer is in subordination to Molluck and why Slig Barracks, as a military object, could be a part of Molluck's company. Or Dripik is a former military officer and Slig Barracks is a sort of non-military security training facility owned by Molluck?

You're thinking in terms of Planet Earth national militaries. The Sligs are not an army; they're mercenaries. They train and work and fight for money, not national duty. Thus Slig Barracks definately is a business and not national service.
