Dripik is a military man. He's all about making himself look bigger and more impressive. Besides, a lot of that extra shoulder is actually just the lapels.
That said, there's no reason that he can't be a Wannabe and still work for Molluck. The classes represent wealth, not position.

Interesting... Molluck's enterprise is even bigger than I thought. That still confuses me how Dripik being a military officer is in subordination to Molluck and why Slig Barracks, as a military object, could be a part of Molluck's company. Or Dripik is a
former military officer and Slig Barracks is a sort of non-military security training facility owned by Molluck?
