I used to share this point of view, and I now still beleive that this is the case with most children- but I used to be a dickhead - I was brought up correctly, I would never do anything wrong, and I then thought if everyone else shouldn't be a half decent person, then why should I bother?
Five months down the line however, my conscience caught up with me so I reverted back to my usual boring self, but, from experience, I can say that it is not the fault of the parents.

I believe the point here is that you were bought up correctly, and reverted. Every kid goes through peer pressure times, no matter how well they are bought up, it's one of the weaknesses of immaturity, however if bad kids make other kids bad kids then this leads back to my original point: Those kids are bad in the first place because of their parents and developmental environment.
Also the survey sucks yeah, it's the mail, what do you expect?
