The reason you can't see it is because it hasn't been commented on for a month, meaning it has dropped out of the immediate thread list.
If you go down to the bottom of the subforum menu, you should see an option asking you how far back you want results to appear on the main list from, open the drop down boxy thing and select anything more than a month, this should make it appear somewhere further down
