It's out here, it's also wonderful. Over here in New Zealand though, it's quite possibly the most expensive game I have ever paid for/on the market right now. $140NZD ($82USD) for the Standard Edition, and the Special Edition on Amazon.com is $80USD. seriously fucked me off.
Wonderful game. genuinely frightening scavenging for things. NPCs have a lot more character than most other games.
