Doug, you're right to an extent. I founded the forums, but Abe Babe came along a few months later and she was promoted to coadministrate with me.
As for the nationality of the forums, I don't believe it's defined by the administrators, but rather all members. Oddworld Forums are international, as members consist of people of all countries (well not all countries, but you get the point, you nitpicking bastard).
