By name, by nature, The Harvesters collect the corpses after battles and wars. There are numerous ranks of The Harvesters, from those who clean away the rotten corpses, to those who capture and dispose of the recently animated fallen victims (also known as Zombie Grabbers).
This particular Harvester is the ‘Parrot', well known for its extremely bright feathers, which are in sharp contrast with its drab clothes. Also known for its long beaked porcelain mask, that is tattooed with strange designs, that are also seen on other Harvesters.
These ones wield long poles that have large 'clasps' or 'collars' on the end of them, that are used to grasp the necks of any unruly undead. They also carry a shovel, that they use to dig 'warpers', which are shallow grave-like ditches. This Harvester takes the souls of those who are Innocent, that where killed mistakenly in battle, and places them in the hole, where it would be gathered by another type of Harvester, known as the 'Collect'.
They carry around large packs, that house a large amount of surprisingly domestic items, such as cooking utensils. It so has a bucket, presumably is used to fetch water. They have been known to carry peoples limbs around with them, which might be a source of food for them.
All Harvesters carry a bird with them, at all times. It isn't known why they do, but some say this is a 'life source' for The Harvester, and if it is killed, The Harvester dies. The Parrot carries its 'bird' at the end of a chain around its wrist. the bird is housed in a glass cage, and is different shades of purple.
Another chain is completely embedded into the Parrots neck. At the end of this, is a shriveled hand, that is rumored to be associated with Witch Craft, or black magic.
It is also noted that Harvesters wear a large amount of clothes that is made from flesh.
All Harvesters are completely registered and are lawfully able to gather corpses, as seen with the signed Law papers.
