Or, you could stop being an elitist fangirl and judge them by their gameplay rather than making sweeping, arrogant, derisions.
That being said I like AO better, not because it was 'More Odd' but because I feel that the atmospherics and dynamics were better. AE was pretty damn good though, it's a close call.
