Um, because they're completely different systems, with different ways of programming games into them, are owned by different companies and have completely different styles of control.
I mean, come on. Because it can be on most systems, doesn't mean it's just magically going to appear on all of them.

There is somthing about the multiplatform system that we have in place for consoles that has always annoyed me. If you want to watch a DVD, everybody likey have at least 2 or 3 differant machines that can do that in their house. If you want to play a game, you must have one specific machine out of 3 that can do that.
Every game that can be, should, in my opinion, be multiplatform. It's makes sense for everyone.
The points that Lorne brought up in that interview about consoles being a probem were completly true.
