I've been listening to Ratatat a lot recently. The album Classics is aptly named, to say the least. I'm not usually one to walk around listening to dancey electronica, but this is the most special exception of all.
I also started listening to another electronic band called The Knife. I think they're Icelandic, quality stuff!
