Yes, but what you've failed to realise is that UltraSafe in fact kidnapped his ghosts from one of the dodgy, unofficial pacman clones that get posted on the internet and such, and so the ghosts are not actually the original Blinky, Pinky, Inky and Clyde; they merely live in their shadows as the First Protectors of the Great Dot Collection.
Somewhere on the internet there's a very happy, very safe, and most likely very obese pacman going round maze after maze eating dots without a ghost in sight.
