You're taking the so called tone of Cyph3r's first post way to serious. What he posted might be a bit harsly worded, reading it all again I agree that it could be percieved as a bit hostile but that doesn't mean that what he said isn't true.

Just because someone doesn't praise you into high heaven right away doesn't mean your work sucks. It just means there's a lot of room for improvement. Now instead of constantly complaining about it go read over those comments again and look at your own work with an objective eye. After you've realized that everything said here is actually true, try to do something with it. And that doesn't have to be over night. As long as you try your best to improve your work and thus your skills.
