So sorry to bring bad vibes into the music thread, but what the fuck is so great about Tha Carter III? Lil' Wayne probably has the biggest lack of flow out of any rapper I've ever heard, and his voice sounds like shit. I don't get if that's part of the appeal or what... his wordplay is pretty good for a mainstream rapper, but that doesn't make him Jay-Z or 'Pac, not even close.

Basically I don't understand the hype at all.


EDIT: Actually I just listened to Dr. Carter and that's a cool song. He's got a pretty personal delivery and suchlike. Still... not quite the savior of Hip-Hop.
