1. I prefer not to punish kids in that way in the first place, I would prefer to be really nice to them when they're good, but ignore them for a while when they're bad.
Anyway, when did anyone of those people do anything to do with acceptable punishment. I suppose if that girl was REALLY REALLY naughty, I wouldn't be surprised if her parents spanked her a little. But for some strange reason I wouldn't like them to kill her. And the kid who couldn't count to 100 because HIS TEACHER TOLD HIM NOT TO shouldn't have be punished AT ALL.
2. If someone has a mental disability which causes them to
kill people, in my opinion, they should have someone with them
AT ALL TIMES when they're with people they could kill.
