I think you'll find all mods deserve to be mods by 'what they have done' otherwise the admins wouldn't have promoted them.
Unless of course we infer from you that the admins are idiots, an interesting juxtaposition to your statement in which you name them as mods that deserved their promotions presumably by 'what they have done'.
Whichever way I look at it your statement is contradictory.
EDIT: Am, please start actually checking threads and posts not relating to you, you'll find out that Xavier and BM have done a lot for the forums. You only have to look at the more intellectual topics or the Oddworld Q&A to see this.
