Call me a wimp, but Doom 3 is enough to make me explode in fright.

Doom 3. I really got a kick out of the eery atmosphere, but the game did make me laugh occasionally. Like when there's a half dead fellow on the floor saying 'help me', then next time you turn around to look at him, he's gone. You just know he's going to attack you, but the question is when. I laughed my arse off when he attacked me, because I loved how Doom had evolved. Okay, Doom 3 was more or less only a tech demo, but it was still awesome (well, until you'd played it for about an hour, then it all became too predictable).
