Could we not do more than just 1 settlement and 1 factory? Like, add other little peices here and there to really flesh the map out?

Possibly, but lets take this one step at a time for now; focus on getting the three areas up before going furthur.
Downloaded and tested it now; I can see some possibility for some silly games if we get more members signed up.
