I think it's time for one of these again.
Here's a nice free version of the test.
There are four criteria your personality is calculated by:
E/I:
Extroversion versus
Introversion. Extroverts are more expressive, in social venues they are the contributors. Introverts are attentive, quiet and often reserved. They watch, they think, they pay attention. Born listeners.
S/N:
Sensing versus
Intuition. Sensors are focused on observing the outside world, their attention firmly directed outwards. Intuitive people criticise and analyse their own thoughts, conclusions and ideas.
T/F:
Thinking verses
Feeling. Thinkers are tough-minded, they face facts and realities realistically and with determination. Feelers are very friendly, favourably disposed, will strive for middle-ground in a debate, rather than a decisive outcome.
J/P:
Judging versus
Perception. Judges are scheduled, very organised, they like clear-cut and final outcomes and ideas and work to deadlines. They strive for clarity. Perceivers are very probing, they like to keep their options open and work without restrictions. They want to explore all possibilities.
There are four basic personality types, each of which has four subdivisions. I will link each to a descriptive page. After taking the test, find which one you belong to.
