A single bullet and nothing else? That is murder. Executions are supposed to be legal which means it has to go through all the proper legal channels. It can take years.

Who cares if it's murder? We're talking about killing useless shits that will wouldn't lift a finger to help anyone and wouldn't do a single thing for the community that they lived in. Flies are pests, so we kill them. Rapists, murderers, et cetera are pests, so why not kill them?
