I agree with you. The way Microsoft didn't want a PC version of MO is just stupid. Microsoft are the ones that made the Windows operating system, so they could have made MO for Windows. Maybe (if the game is for 360) Microsoft will realize they should make a Windows version -- there's about as much PC gamers as console gamers, so they will probably make twice as much money as they would by just making it a 360 exclusive.
It still costs a significant amount of money to port the game to the PC. Seeing as the game didn't sell amazingly well, they won't see it as worthwhile. In any case, I believe the rights of the games have reverted to OWI; it would be in their hands to make the port.
