OOC: Venks, there's a mistake in the last paragraph. I think you meant 'RH-unit', instead of 'RG-unit'.

"Good." said Arnie when the Mudokon (Roy) turned around and walked back to him. It seemed that the pain in his temple had some benefits after all. People have been rather obedient since his 'trip' in his mind.
"Now, as you probably heard it, the Production Lines are in bad shape. Start cleaning there. And tell me your name before you leave." Arnie figured he didn't need to tell a detailed explanation to the Mudokon. Others can direct him as well.
He turned towards the new Intern (Skelter) as he heard Krik's and Arthur's remarks. Her appearance told Arnie that he's facing a female this time, although it would have been hard to tell the difference. Her most peculiar feature was that her mouth was not stitched, like usual. He turned his head towards Krik. "Say, I haven't seen the other Intern recently. You know, the one with the laptop in his neck. Could you and the Lab have any use of this newcomer here? As a substitute?"
He turned back to the Intern, recalling Arthur's words. "As for your mouthy attitude, I say the traditional method could work out pretty well." He told the Intern, eyeing her unstitched lips. "What do you say, Krik? Have you ever done stitching on someone?"
In the meantime, #7 Slig came over to eavesdrop on the conversation. Arnie didn't care where he was up 'till then.

Rick walked along the walls of the Production Lines. "It must be here somewhere." he thought, blinking through the smoke. He was looking for a vent opening. The smoke didn't seem to clear from the hall; it was like the ventilation system was off.
Finally, he found a part of a ventilation shaft, coming out from the wall and going on for a couple of steps, only to disappear in the wall again. Rick went closer and, after a few seonds of searching, he found the cover of the opening. He put his hand on the grating - the air was not moving. "Great." he said in a low voice. "Well, I hope there's manual control in there."
With that, he removed the cover and pulled himself up into the shaft. His progress was clearly audible from the outside.
