Well don't all Gabbits have that natural singing voice in which they use to call to eachother? The only reason Munch got that sonar is because the Vykkers put it there. I doubt all heroes would get it.

But, perhaps all Gabbits have Sonar anyway, like Bats etc.
The Vykkers took advantage of this and implanted a sonar device, which enables them to read Munch's Sonar, not necessarily give him the ability to use it.
