Steel Shark, for your information I am not belittling the X-Box because I can't afford it. I paid for my PS2 (it's not called a PSX2, for crying out loud!) with my own money, and I could very easily buy an X-Box if I wanted one.
And how come I get growled at for expressing my opinion, when you believe that you can say yours without any problems? That is unfair. I am also a respectable (note: I'm not saying respected, I'm saying respectable) member of this community, and I believe I have added a lot of humour and colour to OF since I joined. The only things to which I have ever directed my wrath to are Microsoft and OI. I have never gone out of my way to provoke, insult or flame anyone, and I am very sorry if I ever have hurt anyone's feeling during my life at OF; that certainly wasn't my intention. On the other hand, your comments were extremely hurtful. I am on the verge of tears as I type this. All you had to do was put forward that you disagreed with me. You did not have to put me down and say I had a 'forked tongue', a narrow mind, or call me 'little one'. Would you like it if I said those things to you? You are a bully.
I am still waiting for an apology from Lorne Lanning to all the PS2 fans who were awaiting MO. It's not the fact that OI changed systems that angers me (although I wish they hadn't); it's the fact that they let down and made to feel used a load of fans. When Lanning declares a public apology to all hoi polloi disappointed people, and acknowledges that he is sorry they feel so angry, I shall buy an X-Box and a copy of his game. Until then, the only way I shall purchase MO is if it comes out on PC or PS2.
Yes, Osiris, I am with you. Viva la revolution, indeed. We both know Lanning joined Microsoft only for their money. Let us fight the good fight.
