As far as I know we don't have a whole game development team hidden away in Alcar's closet. I have no idea how you plan on pulling this off but good luck with it...
Also if you're going to post "OMG we liek need a mod for thies gam3!" then at least have some starting ideas instead. Making a *good* mod takes months, maybe even years of development and dedication. I can tell you right here and now that you won't find what you need here in my tiny little fan corner.
If you're serious about trying this then work some stuff out yourself instead of asking us to do it for you. Visit one of the many game modding communities out there and ask around for people willing to invest their time into this.
