Try opening yourself up a little bit to new people. That could actually turn out to be a very nice birthday present. Maybe not instantly, today, but maybe in the future.
I personally don't believe you have only one thing to do on this special day. Spending all your time on OWF just seems like an excuse for you to ignore the fact that indeed - you might not feel all happy and dandy based on how your day has been - but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try and improve it for your own sake. Now, try and cheer up a little. Consider those who get no recognition on their birthdays whatsoever.
As far as your name's concerned - have some pride - it is indeed a special name. If memory serves me right, Quintus Fabius was a Roman general known for his tactics to delay Hannibal who had his eyes set on Rome.
