Psychiatrists only use one approach to psychology, the biological model; a self evident load of toss which assumes every psychological problem has a physical cause and therefore can be treated like a disease or infection.

That sounds more like neurology to me. Except for the toss part. They're the ones who are biologists.
Then again, if all your brain functions are simply processes taking place in your neurones, psychological problems really do have physical causes: the active transport of Sodium and Calcium ions across a double phospholipid membrane through protein pores due to the powered action of P-type ion pumps.
