I suggest you go see a counsellor. Speaking from experience, they really do wonders in helping work shit out.

Yes and no. If you're open to a counsellor then it MIGHT work. But if this guy is just a bit like me (and by the looks of it he is) then it's not gonna work for one bit. Talking about it with people does work though, but not in a forced situation.
Here's a tip: If you can't find suitable people to talk about your anger in the real world, go create a blog. You can vent all you want there, write down your exact opinion on EVERYTHING and those interested WILL find it. Even if people don't contact you about it, at least you vented your frustrations and you can read it back sometimes later if you want to.
