Actually, because of the times I go to the oddworld forums (working around my sleep, when I go out, etc.), I abided the rule that I could post during 12 hour slots, regardless of the time between, so I was still posting twice a (full) day.
So find out everything before accussing someone, and know all of the rules first. :P

But it's irrelevent. You can vote ONCE every 12 hours. It's not my fault if your parents lock you in a cupboard for the other twelve. It unbalances the voting. |
