You're right but first I feel we have to define spamming. I personally think spamming can be broken down in several groups.

A) Talking Crap: When the member posts nonsense in any old forum or topic.
Solution: Warn them. If it persists contact an Admin.

B) Crappy topics: Where the member posts shitty topics that nobody realy will post in.
Solution: Ask them to be more sensible. If it persists contact a Mod or Admin.

C) Mistakes: Where the member accidently did a double post (or more) or posted two of the same topic.
Solution: Get an admin to delete the extra posts or topics.

Also your average spammer can be put into several groups.

A) Annoying: Deliberately posting crap to boost their rank.

B) Newbie: A good, reasonable, cooperative person who has only just joined and knows no better.

C) Bad speller: Once again a nice person who makes mistakes through no fault of their own.

What do you think of that my fellow Non-Spammers?
